Full factory refurbishment, powder coat and wetspray finishes, original manufacturer colours, diamond cutting, straightening and welding.
A full factory refurbishment treats the wheel as a whole rather than only covering damage on the visible face. Our process includes stripping old coatings, preparing damaged surfaces and applying new protective finishes. Powder coating and wet spray offer colour and finish options, while diamond cutting is appropriate for wheels with a machined face.

Choosing an alloy wheel refurbishment service
Kerb damage, corrosion and damaged wheels
Kerbing, scrapes, milky lacquer and flaking paint can each require a different approach. Wheel straightening and welding are assessed individually: we will not carry out work where we believe a wheel to be dangerous. Wheels distorted from the hub cannot be rectified.
Tyre fitting and trade support
Tyre fitting and balancing are available, and we can also supply tyres. Collection and delivery throughout Sussex is for trade customers only. Retail customers can contact our Crawley workshop to discuss bringing in loose wheels or a prebooked vehicle.
